Father’s Day is one of the famous events, which are celebrated throughout the world, every year. It’s that time of the year when a father receive presents and is thanked for all the hard work which he had done for his children. Father’s Day has been celebrated since the year 1910; sons and daughters (who really love their fathers) give gifts to their fathers and try to make the day worth remembering.

It is going to be your father’s day off from work; so you have many chances to make him proud of you.
Starting the Day:
Many people start this day by making a fine breakfast for their fathers. Check when your father wakes up; wish him “Happy Father’s Day” by giving him a greeting card accompanied by a delicious breakfast. Make sure that everything in the breakfast includes whatever that your father likes. Serve it nicely; see for the decent breakfast servings and give it a kind of look that your father usually does not sees while having his breakfast before going to work. If you are father drinks tea or coffee with his breakfast; then make sure that a hot mug of tea is added. If not tea, then a fresh juice would be the best choice.
The Perfect Afternoon:
Now that your father is aware of his big day, he has been satisfied. He might take you out for a picnic or cruising – restaurants are usually the first places, which come to mind. It would be fun hanging out with your dad on the Father’s Day; if you know how to drive, make sure that you drive him to the restaurant or anywhere else, where he would love to go. Give him a surprise by paying the bills yourself – he might prohibit you from doing that; however this would make him feel a lot good at the occasion. If the weather is pleasant, then visit the best park in the town and have walk with him – this might be a boring idea for many but it’s the most simply way of spending the best memorable time with your father – share your thoughts and thank him for all that he’s done for you. I know most of the people will not prefer this “park” idea, but some would.
A Memorable Evening:
Grab a new DVD movie that has just got released; make sure your father likes it – it totally depends on his movie genre. Other than that, make sure that your father’s favorite meal is ready to be served at the dinner. It would be great if you cook for your father’s favorite.
In the end, make sure that you give your father and warm hug on the Father’s Day. Let him know how much you adore him and how proud you are to have him in your life. Promise your father that you’ll make him proud and will support him in all phases of life.
